This rotary indexing system is dedicated to print on electronic housings including auto load and unload from a conveyor belt , in single color.
The heart of this system is a 46 diameter, 12 position motor driven cam actuated turn table tooled to accept 2 different types of zero-adjustment; quick change fixtures.
Parts are auto loaded to the turn table and index to the G2-150 print station to receive the print. Printed parts then proceed to the forced air drying station for tack drying before they are auto off loaded from the system.
Although this is a dedicated system, it is also a good example of the G2-150 modular capabilities.
