If Purchaser fails to provide Printex such written notice within the Inspection Period, Purchaser will be deemed to have accepted the Products. Purchaser may not return any Product without Printex ’s prior written authorization. Any return authorized by Printex must be made in accordance with Printex ’s return policies. Purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with returns of Products and will bear the risk of loss, unless Printex agrees otherwise in writing or determines that the Products do not conform to the applicable terms of sale.
