Experience True Batch-to-Batch Color Consistency

Using Sigma inks to perform custom color formulations, ensures total color consistency. Every lot of Sigma ink is carefully analyzed under the ISO 9001:2015 standards before formulating any color recipe. Manufacturing under these standards allows us a confidence in the products repeatability.

In-house Color Mixing

Using our Sigma mixing systems will allow for you to blend your own custom colors in house. Call in and we can provide the blend recipe or follow our easy to use formulation guide. Either way allows for color matching in-house on demand.

Special Requests

Certain applications require the custom color to be printed on a substrate other than white or the print to be matte. These requests can be easily achieved, tell us about your particular application and our highly experienced Color Matching Department will ensure the best fit to your needs.

Special packaging options have allowed our customers to eliminate human error in their daily ink preparation. We can pre-thin ink as specified so it can be used directly from the can; this has allowed customers to eliminate variations in their ink preparation and has been instrumental for medical and other industries requiring traceability. In addition to pre-thinning, we offer specially packaged inks according to customer needs ranging from single dose tubes up to 5 gallon bulk packaging.
